Is this personal training?
Not exactly — though coaching and personal training are available if that’s what you want. Some members train independently, while others prefer added support, programming, or periodic coaching sessions. The experience is designed to adapt to your goals and comfort level.
What if I’m new to training?
This environment was built with you in mind. The Private Gym is calm, private, and pressure-free — with support available whenever you want it. You never have to figure it out alone unless you choose to.
How does booking work?
Members reserve training times based on their membership type, with additional flexible booking available through the app.
Can I bring a training partner?
Yes. Partner training is available as an add-on to any membership. Because you reserve the entire gym for your session, your partner trains with you in the same private environment.
Is there a contract?
No. Membership is month-to-month. We’d rather earn your loyalty through the experience than lock you into a long-term contract. Founding rates, however, are only available during this pre-launch period.
